This presentation shows how to benchmark an EDA solution, in this case Simbeor software, with a validation platform such as Wild River Technology's CMP-28/32 Channel Modeling Platform. All related elements of a systematic process for the analysis to measurement validation up to 50 GHz are covered in this webinar, where simulation will be overlaid with tested S-parameters. The results presented will demonstrate unimpeachable correspondence over a wide swath of common structures: vias, voids, coupled crosstalk regions, multi-impedance structures, and some old school RF structures like Beatty standards.
Following the procedure, one can easily qualify an EDA solution that leads to a high confidence simulation methodology.
